Service Background
Chief Laurence has 13 years of law enforcement experience in SW Florida. He was assigned to Road Patrol where he also served as a Field Training Officer, and several Detective Bureaus. During his time as a detective, he worked in Property Crimes and the Major Crimes Unit, where he investigated homicides, violent crimes, robberies, auto thefts, sex crimes, trafficking, child crimes and elder crimes.

Co-Owner & Assistant Chief of Security
Service Background
Assistant Chief Chance was an active duty member of the U.S. Army for 4 years, MOS was 11B, with combat deployments as a platoon sergeant. He was also a corrections officer for 6 years before returning to Florida to work in security.
